Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, and authentication data; profile information you choose to provide, including birth date, local birth time, birthplace, coordinates, time zone, relationship status, occupation, and personal interests; and the questions, conversations, and reports you create with SoulSight.

We also collect limited device, browser, page-view, and service-usage information to operate, secure, and improve the service. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; SoulSight does not store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide personalized self-reflection experiences, calculate symbolic profiles, save your history, process purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain security, and improve product quality.

Birth information is used only to generate the profile and reflection features you request. SoulSight does not use it to make eligibility, employment, credit, insurance, housing, or other high-impact decisions.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

Your prompts and relevant profile context may be sent to contracted AI and infrastructure providers to generate responses and operate the service. We share only information reasonably necessary for those functions and require providers to handle it under their applicable data-protection obligations.

If you choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, that provider supplies the verified email address, account identifier, and profile information you authorize so we can create or connect your SoulSight account. SoulSight does not receive or store your Google or Apple password. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Hosting, database, analytics, email, and security providers may process limited information on our behalf.

4. Cookies and Analytics

SoulSight uses essential cookies or local storage for sign-in, preferences, checkout continuity, and security. We may use first-party analytics identifiers to understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal information or use sensitive birth-profile information for targeted advertising.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, security, payment, and fraud-prevention obligations. SoulSight may save conversation summaries and important facts you explicitly share as long-term memory so future conversations can recall relevant context. You can view or clear this memory from your Profile at any time; clearing it does not delete your conversation history. You may also delete individual conversations in the product. To request account access, correction, export, or deletion, email support@soulsight.ai.

6. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on where you live, your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal or object to certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

8. Children and Changes

SoulSight is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under the age of majority should use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material updates will be identified by a revised effective date or an in-product notice.
