1. Using SoulSight

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and activity under your account.

2. Self-Reflection, Not Professional Advice

SoulSight is an AI-powered self-discovery and personal insight service. BaZi, I Ching, Tarot, astrology, and related content are presented as cultural and symbolic frameworks for reflection. SoulSight does not guarantee outcomes, predict a fixed future, or provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Do not rely on SoulSight for emergencies or high-impact decisions. Contact qualified professionals or emergency services when appropriate.

3. AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and deciding whether to act on them. Similar questions may produce different responses, and no response is a promise or factual determination about your future.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Prices, currencies, billing intervals, and included features are shown before checkout. Subscription plans renew until canceled. You may manage or cancel an active subscription through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Life Map is a separate one-time purchase unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees may apply. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the terms presented at purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use SoulSight to make automated high-impact decisions about another person.

6. Your Content and Our Service

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant SoulSight a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. SoulSight and its licensors retain rights in the product, software, branding, design, and original service content.

7. Availability, Suspension, and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid services.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SoulSight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
